Common Questions
Is there a fee to get a FasCard?
No — cards are free to pick up at our kiosk. Just load funds and you're ready.
What if I lose my card?
Register your card at admin.fascard.com or the kiosk. If it's lost, your balance is protected and we can transfer it to a replacement card.
Can I pay with my phone instead?
Yes. The FasCard app for iOS and Android supports virtual card payments on compatible machines.
Does my balance expire?
FasCard balances do not expire on active accounts. Refer to the FasCard portal for full account terms.
Can I get a refund if I stop coming?
Unused balances may be refunded. Visit the kiosk or contact us and we can help you with the refund process.
